1st visit with Theresa, immediately put at ease by the manner the questions where asked. At all stages during the examination it was explained what was about to happen. Areas of potential concern were then given with possible options to resolve, but no pressure placed on which to choose.

Cleaning
Everything was as expected, the waiting room was much cleaner with its new coat of paint
since I last came. Shame about the fish tank. Do you not recycle anymore? I didn't see anything about it.

Patience of a saint!
I’m not a fan a dentists one bit, but luckily I met Dave years ago that persuaded me to go again, and I have to say was about 25 years since I last went. He was amazing then met Gareth who took over him from a patient point of view, he’s now gone. I’ve been struggling until I was very fortunate to have Chris. What a lovely bloke, feel very at ease, too man. Reception and dental nurses always have a smile on their face, makes a terrifying day easier. Keep up the great work, couldn’t recommend the practice high enough.
