The receptionist was both friendly and helpful before & after my appointment. Phil was prompt and informative during my treatment and everything on the whole went very smoothly during my visit.

It is always the staff at this practice that make going to the dentist as easy as possible. I have full confidence in Phil and Cara (apologies for incorrect spelling) and the team at reception. They are a delight after such poor experiences at other dental practices in the past. Thank you all!

Hygienist visit
The treatment was completed in 15 min (by hand only. )The charge was £73!
Every time I return for a dental treatment prices have gone up. As a pensioner on a fixed income, I find this very frustrating.
The hygienist is a very nice person but charges @ £73 per session would work out at nearly £200 per hour, I am sure she will not be receiving more than a small part of this.
I am also not happy about paying a deposit when booking an appointment. As a result I have not made a new booking in six month time, which is what I would normally do.
I have always sung the praises of this practice but I as an old patience find it increasingly difficult to pay for my regular dental care and have never missed an appointment, unless cancelled in advance.

I was brave at the dentist today
Efficient receptionist and in to see Phil within minutes of my arrival. I had actually lost a filling so had that replaced and felt in totally capable hands. I am both a nervous and difficult patient so am amazed at both the patience and kindness I always receive. Thank you.
