As always Sally makes me feel less at ease about my visit. Also very professional and knowledgeable. All the staff are very friendly and 99% of the time remember my name when I check in.

Broke my tooth in the morning, was able to get a cancelled appointment and it was repaired by lunchtime. The dentist Janet was efficient and pleasant.

I saw Donna today and it was a very positive experience. She was very professional and put me at my ease - chatting easily as she worked.
As a child I was always terrified by visits to the dentist but I have always had a very positive experience at Chipping Manor.

Chris was so professional and put me at ease with even a little bit of singing to the music!
He told me everything that he was going to do and did it quickly and efficiently.
