Been going to this practice for some years now. Always polite
Emergency appointment after filling fell out.
Today’s visit was with another new lady dentist
It was a really pleasant visit and she along with her assistant chatted away and reassured me whilst carrying out my appointment.
My only concern is that it doesn’t feel a personal touch at the dentist now.
Every time I go I have a different dentist

Explained everything very clearly
I found the welcome very friendly. The dentist dealing with me (Dr Siddiqi) had an excellent manner and made me feel very confident in him. He explained everything very clearly and answered all questions thoroughly. I look forward to seeing him again for the next step in my treatment.

Professional and friendly experience
Having worked out of the area as a contractor, my dental care was neglected and upon retirement I realised this had to be addressed. I contacted Leven Vale Dental Practice where I was seen by Dr Bushra Mustaq who worked with me on a dental plan. After discussing a wide range of treatments, we agreed on a plan that met with my needs. The treatments received were all satisfactorily completed to the highest standards and I am delighted with the results. Dr Mustaq and her team were professional and friendly throughout. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Leven Vale Dental Practice - My experience
I was contacted early Sept to arrange appointment for check up - earliest I was given was 10th Nov.
I attended appointment and was kept waiting for 20 mins with no explanation as to why.
The assistant wanted to start my appointment until the dentist was available to take over.
