My experience
My appointment was pure chaos, a principal dentist running from one surgery to the next.
The person who did the treatment never introduced herself!
I was never told the cost of the treatment or had no choice in whether I wanted it done then!!

A very efficient set up - appointment was on time, Dr Bush competently checked me over and gave me a thorough clean and polish before discharging me -all in less than 30 mins. My next appointment is already booked -what more can you ask or expect of a checkup?

My experience
Very limited communication from reception staff.
Greeting was “what’s the name” whilst staff member was in the middle of a telephone call.
No “take a seat” or “the dentist won’t be too long”
As we left there was no “goodbye” or any acknowledgement that we were leaving.

I was glad I didn’t need any work done but I have never felt so rushed at my dentist in my life before. I had the quickest scrape of some discoloured teeth and a check up and I think I was out within 3 minutes. It felt like I was in a production line.
