Had a routine appointment booked for Tuesday but was in a lot of pain today so called for an emergency appointment at 14:25 receptionist was lovely and I was sat in the dentist chair by 15:00 can’t fault my experience!

Fabulous staff
The forms to fill in or check in are very tedious, often don't work, and even if they say all completed at home, you *still* end up having to complete them at the practice.
You also get several reminders to complete forms that have already been done.
The staff, however are fabulous. It's just the pre arrival stuff that needs improvement.
