Impressed by the fact that an emergency slot could quickly be found and that the receptionist offered to make me a drink while I waited! (Not necessary as I had time to nip home!)

Always receive a warm, friendly welcome on arrival from reception staff. Appointment always on time and same warm, friendly welcome from dentist and nurse.
Always an immaculate waiting area with some nice music which creates a relaxing ambience. Always happy with the service I get from arriving to leaving.

The practice offers an excellent service and the staff are very professional and helpful, explaining everything that will happen during your procedure.

I was very pleased with my treatment today. Was nervous about having teeth removed and a new denture made. All went well and i am happy with the result's Dr Bushra Mushraq and her assistants made me feel relaxed. An excellent team

Young lady in reception was really friendly and welcoming on arrival. My new dentist after my previous long term dentist left was Bushra Mushtaq. Really nice lady. Chatty which I like and sorted issues with my mouth very quickly. Very impressed!

I had a very traumatic experience at Leven Vale dental practice. I was to have a tooth extracted. The dentist discussed with me again if I had a spare denture. No. How was the new tooth to be added to denture? It would take 2/3 days, and I would be without the almost complete denture. Lots of deliberation, lots of ' you could do this, or that.' Finally a decision was made, I would take the impression myself to 'the lab' then go back and collect it. Dentist injected my gum to numb it a lot if lignocaine ran down my throat and I found I couldn't breathe. Told dentist this, she panicked. Tried to get me to breathe through my nose. Requested an oxygen monitor and a blood pressure machine. I told dentist beforehand that I was a fainter and blood pressure could drop quickly. Both arrived, oxygen put in finger and it blerped rapidly, dentist requested another member of staff come into surgery, now 4 staff. Dental nurse tried to put bp cuff on my arm, but couldn't do it, it was the wrong way round and not in right place. This was corrected by last person to enter room. Very scary moment for me. Eventually oxygen level returned to normal. Afterwards, I was told it dropped to 40%, and BP was slightly high. Tooth removed very easily. Recovered, then impression taken. I was given this and paper work to take to lab. No after care advice. No follow up appt. No next check up appt. Left and paid the bill

I had an emergency appointment as a filling was dislodged. I was given a same day appointment and was extremely pleased with the treatment received and the receptionist's attention to my call.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

Leven Vale is punctual, efficient, and quick. Staff are always polite and welcoming. Recommend to all patients and prospective clients

Excellent service

Recently visited the surgery and although there is always a wait, I was left waiting nearly 45 mins past my appointment time. Receptionists are always lovely. Can't fault Kareem, but leading up to the appointment with him other dentists and hygienist seem disinterested in treatment and do not explain what is going to happen or procedure which leaves people feeling nervous. The actual treatment wasn't bad and Kareem was very good at ensuring there was no pain
