My experience
Booked over telephone for me and my daughter. Went today and told no appointment was made for me - why would I book for just me? I'm over due and was booking after I'd had to cancel. The receptionist said she would have a look at it. She never got back to me and the dentist only saw my daughter. I complained again at the desk when trying to book an appointment and a different receptionist dealt with me this time and she got me an appointment straight away with another dentist. This was not my mistake. The customer service was not good enough considering this. However the second lady was great. I don't have time to waste coming back for appointments. My daughter's appointment was 20 minutes over also so it isn't just a quick in and out!

Highly recommend
As a nervous patient, Joe always puts me at ease with his lovely nature. Always chatting and being really mindful of how I am, always checking I am ok during treatment. Always giving me time if I need it.
I would highly recommend Joe.
The staff on reception are always bright, friendly and helpful as well.
