My experience
I’ve been a patient at Leven Vale for quite a few years and can’t really be disappointed in the service provided.
My only negative comment is l never know who will be carrying out my routine dental appointment
I have had lots of dentists over the years.
On a recent visit the dentist asked me to book another appointment 3 months ahead.
When I turned up for my appointment it was yet another dentist. When I informed him of my last visit I was informed that the previous dentist had left and wondered why I had only been seen 3 months previously

Went for a check-up. I have sensitive teeth. The dentist asked me if I would like a deep clean and that would be £71. I had a bit of inflammation from one of the gums, so I decided to have the deep clean. I was absolutely disgusted, all he did was clean the teeth, which a normal clean would do. he did nothing more and also did not even give them a clean with the brush, so I think I was totally ripped off, and I will not be having that again

Emergency appointment
I recently had an emergency appointment, and I must say the team saw me very quickly, which was excellent — I really appreciated their responsiveness.
However, I was charged Band 2 rather than Band 1, which I found unexpected for an emergency visit.
During treatment, something they were using unfortunately dropped onto my tongue, which was extremely unpleasant and has caused a burn on my tongue.
While the staff were efficient and professional, this experience has left me concerned about the lack of aftercare/information about what has burnt my tongue.
