First contact dire. Messages informed me that I was number 4 in queue eventually number one which then started to ring, then informed me that I was number one in queue! This lasted for circa half an hour when I decided to travel from work (because of pain) to dentist and called my mother to ask her to contact whilst I was driving.
She encountered the same issues as I had but after 20 minutes she did get through.
She explained the situation and was informed that I was no longer a patient as I had missed two appointments and that the only way I could be treated is as a private patient. My mother agreed and was informed that the cost of initial appointment was £89 (NHS £26+).
I had never been informed that I had been removed from list.
Anyway, appointment for 10:40 and it was a relief that treatment was really professional. Would definitely recommend the dental professionals at this practice.

Replacement filling
Visit today to replace a filling that fell out after four weeks. Appointment was within 3 days, staff very helpful and informative, and no charge to replacement filling. Apparently fillings are guaranteed for 12 months which is good to know.

A lovely environment
I’ve hated going to the dentist my whole life, until I joined Leven Vale! All the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. I’ve seen 3-4 dentists for different reasons and haven’t a bad word to say about any of them. A lovely environment that my toddler is also happy to attend!
