Resolution Specialist Treatment Centre
Alexandre was great at explaining the whole procedure, putting me at ease, professional and friendly, I feel ready for my next stage of treatment. Her assistant and reception staff were also polite friendly and super efficient. I dislike dentist visits but they made it much better, thank you!

Take the time to explain options
Very considerate dental care. I’ve always been a very nervous patient, but the team at Resolution put me completely at ease, and make x-rays far more comfortable for me. They really take the time to explain options and outcomes around proposed dental plans.

The staff at Resolution Specialist Treatment Centre are always great.
The staff at Resolution Specialist Treatment Center are always great, providing a high-quality treatment. The staff is also very polite and thoughtful. For example, today I was tired and almost fell asleep. One of the ladies asked me how I was feeling and offered me a cup of tea. I was really surprised to receive such kindness. The receptionist then gave me a cup of tea, which was absolutely lovely and helped me to recover before my appointment. I am always satisfied with my visits and grateful for the service provided.

Top class treatment from the hygienist today. Absolutely pain free and my teeth feel great. Both the hygienist and her nurse Amber were warm and welcoming, their jolly chat was entertaining throughout! 100% recommend these ladies.

Always willing to go above and beyond
So before I used Resolution I was with an NHS dentist and I didn’t feel like the time and patient care was there or in the interest of the patient because they were so busy. I decided to make a change and go private to Resolution and the care I receive from their hygienist, orthodontist and general dentist is 10/10, super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help you with dental care .

Customer care is second to none
Excellent appointment as always, the customer care here is second to none. Not many places care like Resolution do and the knowledge of the orthodontists is incredible after wasting money seeing dentists who have struggled to sort my teeth out.

Went to my final appointment with Dr Mark Brickley. He arranged for me to have a mouth brace made to help my sleep apnoea. It has worked better than we had all hoped so I do not have to use a CPAP machine at night. The overall cost was very reasonable and he has been extremely helpful. He has signed me off saying that I should not need to come back for about two years when I will need to have a new plastic brace made.
