The staff are lovely
I have a number of dental problems some of which are now complex.
Private treatment is always expensive and I wish I had kept up with my dental care years earlier.
However, I’m at the stage where I can’t look back and have to move forward.
The staff are lovely and given my dental issues no one looked horrified or judgemental or made me feel embarrassed which is a positive start.
They let you know the plan and approximate price at the beginning and at every stage after, which is helpful.
I like that everyone (including dentist, hygienist, orthodontist, surgical specialist etc) are under one roof. It means they can communicate with each other so the treatment glows in a logical manner.
Overall my experience has been a really good one so far. Thank you.

The waiting time was longer than I was happy with as I had to get back to work.
The appointment with Mark was a positive, informative and jolly experience as it always is.

Fantastic staff
This was my first visit to Resolutions, I saw the hygienist.
All the staff from reception to the hygienist and dental nurse were fantastic, they made me feel at ease and very comfortable.
I was very paranoid about my teeth and the staining on them, I was so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this practice, they are brilliant!

Highly recommend
I think this RSTC Yeovil is amazing. My teenage daughter has been under NHS treatment for teeth correction with braces for 2 years with Louise Riches and the Consultant, very friendly, professional and very quick. Don’t think we’ve ever waited beyond our appointment time to be seen (unlike my dentist) and when we are early for our appointments, we are seen earlier. Receptionist staff are very helpful and polite. I can’t fault them at all. Very happy indeed. I would highly recommend RSTC if you needed any work doing.
