Katy the hygienist is first class, she understands I have a dental phobia and really takes care and puts me at ease by chatting to me throughout the treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her assistant today was also really lovely. It’s made a huge difference to me going somewhere that understands someone’s nerves with dental treatment.

Calm and attentive
My first time to visit the centre, I was late due to roadworks. I am not familiar with the area but the staff were very understanding. I did not think I would get to see the dentist. I did and met a very calm and patient lady. Alexandra was so gentle, I have a fear. She explained everything to me slowly and kindly. Her honesty was refreshing, the assistant nurse with her was also very kind, calm and attentive. Really good experience despite the fact I was upset I was late for them.

The best hygienist I have ever had
The first person one sees is the receptionist, who was just wonderful, she or should I say both who were there are a huge asset to your practice.
Then being greeted by the hygienist and the dental nurse who were both very professional. The hygienist was and is the best hygienist I have ever had to work on my teeth.
