Wonderful & very friendly staff ... Couldn't have been a better experience... Very well looked after i would actually be happy to go through another root canal as it was very relaxing & no pain & I could easily have fallen asleep 😊

Patience and kind understanding

When I first came to Resolution I was a ‘nervous’ patient, but with Katie’s patience and kind understanding, going to the dentist/hygienist is not so much of a problem anymore.

My hygienist is brilliant

My hygienist is brilliant, she is so friendly and makes you feel relaxed before, during and after treatment. I have been a several hygenist but no-one as good as Kate.

An appointment the same day

Worried about my orthodontic treatment and got an appointment the same day. After checking my concerns I was reassured and felt very happy that everything was progressing well.

Gentle and patient

I have CPTSD and the staff member who dealt with me was gentle and patient.

She explained very clearly what she was going to do and kept checking in with me during the procedure.

I asked if she could do future scans for me and she said she would make a note of it.
