Approachable, reassuring, professional

Excellent service, lovely and helpful staff from front of house to inside treatment rooms. Always a positive experience when I come in. Mark is so approachable, reassuring, professional and human...all really important for any age client (I'm in my 50's so this is a big deal for me). I'm loving my straighter teeth already and can't wait for final results.
