Regarding costs, as with a lot of things at the moment we are finding running costs very high but are constantly reviewing this to do all we can.
Unfortunately, with the nature of our work running late is often inevitable, we try to allow for this but from time to time it is unavoidable, apologies that you were affected by this during your visit to us.
