Well oganised, welcoming
The service was well oganised, welcoming, and professional. I understood everything clearly and was not pressurised to take up orthodontic treatment, but given plenty of time to decide what I want to do. I left feeling very confident that if I do decide to complete the treatment it will be the best treatment for me and that I will be in safe hands.

On another note
I highly recommend Mark Brickley for aligners, should that ever be the case. He is knowledgeable and efficient whilst spending time to reassure and find a solution to any problem.
