I had a denture done and it did not fit so booked an appointment to have them adjusted. I was then asked to pay for this. I paid over 1,400 for them and cannot wear them and to be told I will need a new pair for another 1,400. I am going to get some legal advice.

I came to YDP a few weeks ago in a lot of discomfort and pain. I explained I was extremely nervous and hadn't been to a dentist for a long time. The receptionists booked me with Kirill, who they thought would be a good match. For the receptionists, all extremely friendly, accommodating and informative. Kirill has listened to my problems and always suggests a plan based on my experience, and is very considerate and encouraging. The various nurses and assistants I've had have all been so helpful, polite and patient (certainly in my nervous cases).
I cannot speak highly enough of all of them. Knowledgeable, professional, patient, and considerate. All have helped me manage my fear of dentist work and start getting my teeth in a much better place.
