Very good dentist

Receptionsonists were very friendly and efficient. My Dentist Elliot was just great. Exolained everything, made me feel at ease and I am looking forward to going back.

Was sent here rather than my regular dentist for an emergency appointment. The ladies on reception were helpful and polite. The dentist I saw was thorough and explained everything she was doing and didn't take long to find the problem.

A smooth appointment with treatment recommended and pain relief sorted for the meantime.

When I called for an emergency appointment due to a tooth cracking, I said it needs to be removed so I need a longer than normal appointment. Unfortunately I was not listened to and was only given a check up time slot. Now I have to have more time off work so the tooth can be removed.

Given the ongoing work that’s happening at the practice, I was seen promptly and efficiently.

Although mainly my experience is positive when visiting this dentist or hygienist, I felt slightly put out whilst in reception, just as I made my next appointment with the nice lady on reception. Her colleague (in a rather accusatory manner) spoke to me about how my car was parked in the tight little car park they have use of. She said that I had not parked in a marked bay (she was correct) and proceeded to say that I could have parked in a bay correctly and that I then would not have blocked a couple of vehicles which I had with where I parked. What she failed to realise or understand is that the position I was able to park in was denoted by 2 other vehicles, both not parked in bays! Their parking set a precedent for me parking where I did, as it was all I could do. The one marked bay that was available on the right as I arrived could only be accessed from above, if for example, it was lowered in by crane! I bit my tongue as best I could, but I did mention to the young receptionist that when I arrived it was not possible to access the marked bay.
As feedback, it might have been a better experience had she approached by asking if I’d managed to park ok? Then I would have explained that I did park ok, but not in a marked bay, as the one available was inaccessible when I arrived. Small details make a difference.
