Excellent team
My dental team are excellent. The dentist is so respectful everytime I visit. Extremely efficient.
Please bring back online booking. It disappeared during Covid, but I dont think that can be used as a reason anymore, to not bring it back. It was extremely user friendly so I really hope my dental practice consider starting it up again.

I thought I was having a procedure today and was charged £25 for my appointment and told to book another one for the procedure to be done which will cost me a further £75.

Dear Michelle, thank you for your feedback. You came in for a broken tooth appointment. As you were not due a check up - this comes under an NHS Band 4 charge of £25.80. This can constitute anything from and assessment and xray to a temporary or permanent filling. At this appointment the dentist noticed that you needed further treatment and advised you book further appointments to have that done. This subsequent treatment will be part of an NHS Band 2 charge of £70.70. These charges and specifications are set by the NHS and we are unable to change them. Your next check up will be due when the treatment is carried out so this will be included as part of the £70.70 quoted. A check up on it's own is £25.80 so the treatment is costing £44.90.

Lost filling replaced
Reception staff were pleasant, I didn't have to wait long and the dentist and her nurse were very pleasant as well. Apologised that they didn't seem to have all the equipment in the room that they needed and had to go and find a few items before replacing my filling.

I have no complaints with this dental practice. I feel so lucky to be treated here. Everything is efficient from the receptionists and appointments to the expertise of my dentist who is polite and respectful. His care is exceptional and fills you with confidence.
