Exceptional service
Exceptional service from the team today.
I walked into the dentist today without an appointment but with a very swollen cheek from an abscess and the receptionists could not have been more lovely. They couldn’t get me in straight away, but made it possible for an appointment in the morning the next day.
By the time I’d gotten home, they’d had a cancellation and I was back in an hour later.
Again the receptionist was super incredible. The dentist was lovely, understanding and knowledgeable and the dental nurse so supportive - by this time I was crying and she was just so nice to me.
I now have a clear plan of treatment and although I’m still in pain, I feel so much better overall.
I’d like to really highlight just how great the receptionist was, because I’m sure they get a lot of flack with the NHS dentist crisis etc being on the front line. I appreciate her and what she did today, so so much.
