My experience
My appointment was brought forward by the dentist but no one contact me to ask if I could make this earlier slot. I just received an email confirmation of the amended time just 3 hours prior ! Lucky I checked my email otherwise I would have missed it.

My experience
I was struck off the nhs list without any warning at all! My dentist cancelled my original appointment and then when I was due to go again for my next appointment I got covid so had to cancel.
My dentist Avanash is a lovely man, no complaints with him what so ever.
However I have to now go private for no fault of my own.
