I made an appointment for a check up in December 2024 for an NHS check up I was explained to by Gabriel that he would do any work that I needed but would then need to join the waiting list so an appointment was made for a filling.
I went in this morning for my filling - I'm a nervous patient but I felt really relaxed I even had my filling with no injection. As I was leaving Gabriel said to make an appointment for 6 months time . It wasn’t until I went to pay that I was told I was accepted as a NHS patient.
Everybody I met at the practice was very friendly and helpful.

I am a new patient to this Practice having recently transferred from a sister Practice . I am most impressed by the polite and efficient reception staff , the fact timings are pretty good and most importantly I was offered a really first class NHS dental service . My new dentist and his dental nurse are friendly , efficient and above all tell their patient what needs doing, how they are going to do it and then get on and deliver a first class dental service . This was not an appointment I was entirely relishing but the Roderick team managed to keep any discomfort to a minimum . The personal hands on service continued after the procedure with specific instructions telling me the 'do's and don't ' post surgery to ensure a quick recovery . I can only rate my experience as 11 out of 10 and despite now having to drive a little further to see my new dentist I have no complaints .Thanks guys, all much appreciated !

After registering to join the practice, things were made easy from booking in at reception, a little wait before meeting the dentist.
Elliot was very professional and listened to my concerns.
I will be returning for another routine check up as directed by the Dentist.

An appointment to replace a filling
I got an appointment to replace a filling easily and Elliot the dentist filled it an extra cavity that had appeared recently. Very little pain and done quickly.
