Have not been to the dentist for years as could not afford to go privately but we were fortunate that Yeovil dental practice accepted us as NHS patients. Both my wife and I were very anxious but all staff were very supportive and reassuring. The clinical staff were very calming and explained everything including the next steps. Initially due to our fear we cancelled our appointments but the team called us to reassure us and reinstated the appointments. So glad we went, everybody made us feel welcome and we soon relaxed and went with the flow. Great team, thanks.

Went for a check up, mentioned a sharp area on temporary filling, was told it was my tooth. Told to make 20 minute appt for temp filling to be changed to permanent filling at cost of £75.80. That included today’s appt in which nothing was done. No teeth checked, no scrape and polish done, was told he would do that at the next appointment so basically paid £27.80 for absolutely nothing!! Appt booked but not until 26 March!! Felt absolutely conned!! Will be writing a letter of complaint

A pleasant atmosphere
