I have yet to have a negative experience with Yeovil Dental Practice. The team on reception are always polite and helpful, either in person or on the phone. And my latest visit was for my first appointment with the Hygienist (haven’t seen one for, about, 15 years). The whole process was explained and the experience, whilst never comfortable, was fine. Lovely people.

Customer service of dentist and his nurse was non existent. I felt like a commodity. They were both rough in my mouth too. No apology when gum bashed. I asked if broken piece was tooth or filling. Dentist said he didn’t know- he wasn’t there when it fell out! Surely his records would have shown if there had been a filling in this tooth- rude and dismissive. I’ve not experienced this before with this dentist - what’s changed?
