Appointment
Arrived early for my hygienist appointment to be told I would not be seen before my appointment time as the hygienist worked to 30 minute slots. I waited 25 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen. As a nervous patient (clearly marked on my records) I was quite agitated and upset by the time I was seen. I would have been penalised by the surgery had I arrived 25 minutes after my allocated time but no more than a veiled apology for the delay from the hygienist.
