Seen quickly. All the staff were polite and pleasant. I was monitored all through the procedure (extraction) to make sure I was ok and it was dealt with efficiently and a minimum of discomfort. I'd say the easiest extraction I've had to deal with.

They bombard you with texts, booking you in for appointment ie check ups that you don't need charge you £78 for a five minute appointment, you ask them to look at your tooth which you have concerns about and that’s ignored, yet they then proceed to tell you that you need extra treatments even though you have no problems relating to them and want to charge you £250 for the pleasure, also tell you to pay £100 deposit, also inform you that they will charge you extra for missing or being late.
I think I’ll just see the hygienist once a year and have done with it … just feels a rip off especially since they can’t wait to get you off nhs I now see why

The text messages are automated reminder messages which many people like so that they don't forget the appointments. We also send links to complete the necessary paperwork electronically. The number of forms you need to complete reduces once we have all the initial information. If you would prefer to opt out of these messages, please let reception know and we can update your records.
I can see that your appointment lasted longer than 5 minutes, but I take on board your comment and will pass that onto the clinician.
Private dentistry fees can seem high but I can assure you we try to keep these to a minimum. Each fee is based on both materials and time required. The dentist advises where treatment is required/recommended; it is, of course, your prerogative whether you go ahead.
We do offer 0% finance for treatments over £500 to help budget, if that is something you wish to consider.

Hygienist today and not only was he calm in how he spoke to me he put me at ease and kept checking i was OK. Not rushing me taking his time I felt so relaxed both him and his assistant ava were so lovely and polite.
