My experience
Everyone was nice but I just feel they need to be a bit more sensitive about the cost of services. I can’t afford to go private but I don’t have a choice because nowhere is taking NHS patients and NHS want to remove teeth rather than fix the issue so I had to go private. I just blew a years worth of savings to cover the basics which I know it’s my fault for leaving it so long but these other clients are likely in the same boat as me and can’t actually afford the treatments so will likely not eat or give up other essentials to pay for this. It shouldn’t be but it is embarrassing talking about money.
