My experience
3 minutes late due to all the roads being closed and a real problem across town with traffic. Very nervous 17 year old having extensive work done between yourselves and Taunton hospital. Left an hour early, was no fault of his own but dentist refused to see him being 3 minutes late, but ok to leave you waiting for ages.

Quick, painless and professional
Emergency visit as filling had come out and remaining piece of tooth was fragile. Jagged piece of tooth remaining was ground down and a temporary filling inserted. Quick, painless and professional. Very pleased with the result.

The receptionist was friendly and polite.My dentist was also friendly and explained the treatment I required and the cost clearly He also suggested some further options for me along with their costs for me to think about Was able to give me a further appointment later today to do the fillings I require which I was really pleased about My whole appointment was conducted in a friendly and professional manner which gave me great confidence Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice to others first started going there 15years ago.

Reassured me
Dentist made me feel comfortable and reassured me all through treatment, dental nurse was lovely and held my hand, hope I didn’t hurt her. Reception staff reassured me on arrival. Thank you all, you are all amazing.
