My experience
Although I rated my experience as good, I was taken aback when I asked if payment plans were available when I learnt I might need a filling only to be told "no we don't because it's not that much". I think this is a totally inappropriate thing to say to a patient especially when you have the cost of the actual treatment, and a hygienist fee on top.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry this wasn't explained to you in a better way. There is a minimum of £350 to apply for finance payments; one filling would not take you over this threshold.

I am very nervous when it comes to the dentist, but he very calming and friendly.
I couldn't recommend him enough.
The nurses are lovely too, reception ladies are so nice and Liz the hygienist is fab too.
