Explained things well

I had a very good experience with the hygienist today. I felt they were very informative and explained things well during my appointment. All staff were very welcoming into the practice and I was then able to book my further appointments with no problems at all.

Cant thank them enough, after not seeing a dentist for 5 years (as mine closed down) I was struck down with debilitating tooth ache. They gave me an emergency appointment, xrayed and gave me a prescription on NHS prices. Also with the option to have the tooth removed on private health care. Which I will be doing.

I managed to get an emergency NHS appointment booked within a couple of working days which was great. The dentist who saw me was careful and considerate and advised root canal. Frustratingly though the temporary filler he put in came out the next morning so I'm having to continue using the home filler I got from the pharmacy until I can have the correct treatment for my tooth.
