6 month checkup
I was seen punctually by Kiril, who is always very pleasant and personable. His work is always very good in my experience. This time it was just a check and scale and polish.
The ‘front of house’ staff were also pleasant and efficient.

Hello, thank you for your feedback.
The dentist was operating within Radiography Regulations specifying that x-rays should only be taken once every 2 years unless clinically necessary to diagnose pain.
Similarly a scale and polish under NHS guidelines would be if clinically necessary. This is reviewed and determined at each visit.
I hope that helps explain the reasoning behind the dentist's treatment.

Everyone is polite and friendly
I had my appointment which was on time and was welcoming greeted. I was put at ease straight away when I sat down and everything was explained to me in depth about my ongoing treatment and options that were available, to be honest I've always dread going to the dentist but Overall this time, I had a positive experience.

Emergency appointment
I am petrified of dentists but needed an emergency appointment which I managed to get the following day. Gabriel was fantastic knowing this and reassured me. He was very clear on what I needed, was very professional and gave me an option if I wanted to go back to him or choose another dentist. As I was treated so well and feeling less anxious, I will stay with this dentist. I would highly recommend.
