Dental check up

I arrived as first in the surgery this morning and was instantly met with a welcome from the dental nurse and beckoned to the dentists room. Ms Daramola was very polite and asked about my dental health and then proceeded to check my teeth gums and mouth out. Pleased to say she was content and has also extended my durations between check ups too...result.

Emergency appointment

I had an emergency appointment and was seen within 12 hours of making the call. Very efficient and the dentist made me feel at ease and comfortable. Excellent service.

All went well. Would be nice to either get informed what is happening, so you're aware at what stage your treatment is at. Difficult to ask with things in mouth!
Even better if you had a camera on the light. Which you could then watch post the treatment.
With cost, be nice to have a broken down itemised bill. At a garage they don’t just give you a figure. You can see what is what.

Thank you for your feedback. Normally we would give you a breakdown of the cost. In your particular circumstances, there was an anomaly on the pricing which needs to be amended so the dentist could give you the correct price. It was displaying as more expensive that it should. I can certainly arrange get this arranged once the price has been corrected.

Root canal treatment

Very expensive experience

Received a phone call asking if I could accommodate an 90m earlier appointment and agreed.
A quick check up and refitting a Maryland bridge taking all of 15m max and was charged £161 with no breakdown of costs.

6 monthly hygienist visit

Elizabeth always treats me well, explaining any problems I need to address. I feel that it’s important to see her regularly even if it’s somewhat expensive as I’m sure it helps with my mouth hygiene resulting in less dental work by the dentist.
