Pleasant surprise
I was booked in for an annual checkup but had recently had a piece of tooth fall out. They went straight in and did the filling, much to my delight. The nurse was a bit rough though with the suction, she kept jabbing it in my gum, but job done.

Excellent staff and Dentist
Please add an excellent option, as very good doesn’t do this dental practice justice.
My dentist is fabulous and all the staff are lovely and very helpful.
I’m disabled and they are great at ensuring I have a ground floor dental room and can access the practice. The only grip is on the pavement outside, in front of the ramp it’s incredibly uneven but I think that’s the council not the practice’s responsibility. Once on the ramp it’s great access.

Patience, understanding and supportive
I am quite a nervous patient whom, finds visits to the dentist extremely hard. The dentist i saw today was very patient, and made me feel at ease, although i was still anxious, his persona care patience was outstanding. I have to go back for treatment and although i still will have anxiety i know that i will be able to return for the treatment needed

Emergency Appointment
My cap fell off one of my front teeth. I got an appointment the next day. I now have a temporary tooth. The permanent cap will be put in 2 weeks. Very happy.
