I went to Yeovil dentist practice on Thursday, after being reminded by text that I was due and an appointment. The receptionists were absolutely a delight and pleasure very helpful as always. Gabriel my dentist did my crowns with no pain and made sure I was happy, I think he is a very good dentist and the lady with him is also very nice. If you are scared of the dentist then let me tell you he will put you at ease and your be happy to return each time..... Rob Yeovil

My experience
Nothing really. This was the second time in succession that the hygienist was running 30 minutes late. Reception failed to inform me of this on both occasions. The hygienist did apologise for running late but by then it's too late to change my onward plans.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you were not entirely happy with the service. We have been experiencing some mechanical issues with the surgery equipment in the last fortnight so that has slowed down our treatments. This should have been communicated to you, so I apologise if that didn't happen.
