My experience
I came in to register a plan in September 2023 and a 1st appointment made for 5th March 2024. I made 2 phone calls to the dentists to inform them that I wasn’t making any payments. They told me to contact the payment company who told me my 1st payment would be taken on 8th March 2024. When I turned up for my appointment today I was told as no payments had been taken I’d have to pay £91 for my check up! All this after trying to explain at least twice that no payments were being taken. This resulted in me not having my appointment and having to re book it for 6 months time.
