Today I had my first appointment with Opeyemi. What a wonderfully gentle and kind person she is. Very professional and talented. I was dreading the work to be done, but she and her assistant, Matt soon put me as ease and completed the work in no time. A very big thank you to both Opeyemi and Matt, very well done. Rob Manser

My experience
The practice felt clean and tidy but my dentist on a routine check up gave me little to no interest. I thought I was putting him out by being there. He looked in my mouth for less than a minute, claimed my fillings were in tact, teeth looked okay and no decay and sent me on my way. I would question if he even bothered look to see which fillings I had. This must be the worst dentist appointment I have ever had. He barely gave me enough time to answer his question of, did I have any problems? I tried explaining but he was lowering the chair at the same time. I’m fortunate by being a NHS patient but also felt that because of this I was treated like a waste of his time! Let’s face it, it’s not like I can go anywhere else!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt that the service we gave was not satisfactory. The dentists all have many year's experience that enables them to work quickly, however you should feel that you are listened too. I will pass your comments onto the clinician as a learning tool.

When I arrived at the dental practice the disabled parking bay was occupied by another car and was not displaying a blue badge. It was still there when I came from the practice and I think it was one of your employees who had parked there. All was good and efficient.
