My experience

Dentist himself has always been good. Receptionists are miserable as sin and extremely rude over the phone. Booked one appointment and called as the dentist didn’t actually work that day and then the day before the rescheduled appointment called me to say I couldn't have my appointment as it was a private day and I'm nhs. She was extremely difficult when I explained I couldn’t physically do any other day and I wasn’t happy to be pushed back again to which I was told to calm down and stay where I am before they hung up on me.

Dentist put me at ease

Polite, helpful receptionists. Dentist put me at ease and explained everything. Dental nurse kind and polite. Best practice I’ve ever used!

My experience

The experience with the dentist was very good. It was the fact that even though I was ten minutes early I didn’t get in to see the dentist until fifty minutes later. Five minutes after that I was finished and on my way.
