We selected Chinneck Shaw to sell our house in Baffins in Spring 2018. Tim has a great manner which is calm, friendly, professional and not at all pushy: just the qualities that I think would encourage me to buy a house.
The team handled the sale superbly. We found a buyer quickly and they remained attentive as the sales process rumbled along. Great communication and friendly advice as and when needed.
Plus, a great price.
I would certainly recommend Chinneck Shaw to other prospective buyers/sellers.

We bought a house through this agency and we're genuinely impressed with this agency. Tim, Diane, Lizzie, Jamie and the team were great, always helpful and never felt like a burden. Always had time for our concerns and always followed through on all queries, and were very knowledgeable. Helped that they were also selling our vendors onwards purchase. They didn't try and hard sell us a mortgage via their broker, or thrust us towards their solicitors. Instead they gave good, impartial advice about the solicitors we were considering. Unusually we found ourselves trusting thus agency, and almost enjoyed buying through them! If/when we move we would consider them, especially if the people are the same! Plus, we love the house and are enjoying setting it up

We chose Chinneck Shaw as they did not come in to our house with a typical pushy sales attitude. We felt confident they were the estate agents for us. The office has a wealth of experience between them all and handled our sales process holding our hand through the whole thing. In the space of a week we had 4 viewings and 3 offers. We would speak to Lizzie and Tim on a daily basis sometimes several times a day towards the end of the sale. They did everything from chasing the parties to arranging workman for quotes which lead us to exchange and complete with ease. Claire Harding

The house I just bought was being sold by Chinneck Shaw and from the first viewing they were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Diana and Jamie were really responsive kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I sold my house with purple bricks and whilst you think you save money as it is just a flat fee, the additional service is well worth whatever extra you would pay. if I move again (and hopefully I won't for a while!) I will definitely be using them.

Chinneck Shaw dealt with our sale and purchase. A sale was agreed on our house quickly and we quickly found the house we wanted to buy - that was the easy bit! Not many people realise the work that then goes on behind the scenes in the agents office to ensure the transactions go through as smoothly and as quickly as possible. We were faced with the various complications on our purchase and time constraints on our sale. The team at Chinneck Shaw liaised between all parties all the way through to get everything sorted and went above and beyond numerous times.
