I have always received an excellent level of service from Chinneck Shaw over the years and this purchase was no different. Tim,Jamie,Will,Lizzie and the entire team always work tirelessly to make sure the whole process runs smoothly. Due to the short time frame between receiving the survey for my purchase and the actual exchange date, they helped by sourcing local trades for me as I was on the IOW and limited to what I could do from there. I really couldn't have managed without them. I have bought AND sold with Chinneck Shaw over the years and I have recognised that whether you are buying OR selling through them, they go out of their way to help in any way they can, which is not something you can say (in my opinion) about many estate agents. Needless to say.I will certainly be using Chinneck Shaw again in the future. Thank you again to all the team!

21/02/2021-Since my last review above I have just moved again , both buying and selling through Chinneck Shaw. There have been challenges along the way due to losing buyers and the bottom of the chain falling out, but Tim, Toni and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I really can't rate this company highly enough and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of selling their property in the area. Had a partially blocked loo in my rented flat and submitted a call out on fixflo and it was all sorted within 18 hours. The 2 guys are just cleared the blockage in next to no time. Incredible service, I cannot praise them and you enough! Thank you so much. :-)

WE have used CHINNECK SHAW agents for some years now, and have enjoyed their friendly and professional way of letting our properties. One thing we really like is if there is any need for repair or a problem they ring us immediately to discuss it and then go head and fix things with no preamble . As long as there company carries on this way we will continue to use them with confidence ,they have been recommended by us to friends in need of letting agents, long may they continue.

Excellent service from Chinneck Shaw for our house sale and purchase. We were kept informed of viewings and given feedback, we accepted an offer within a couple of weeks of going on the market. They suggested a house for us to view which ended up being the one for us. Communication was excellent throughout and we felt we got a really personal, friendly service from the team.
