We've been renting through Chinneck Shaw for 6 years - just moved out, no queries or deductions from our deposit, very helpful and flexible in terms of our moving out date too. They've also been prompt in dealing with any issues at the flat during our tenancy, resolved to a mutually acceptable standard and in good time. You hear horror stories about landlords and letting agents, but Chinnecks are not one of them - thanks Joe and the team!

Due to four sales falling through on my late uncle's property, Chinneck Shaw stuck in there and it may have taken over a year to get the house sold, but finally it was sold to a young couple who we know will love the house. Thank you Jamie and crew at Chinneck Shaw.

Our initial viewings with Tim were very good, he was a great agent who gave us space to look around the property and was knowledgable about each one.
We found the house for us and made an offer on a Sunday, Tim got back to us quickly on the Monday with an offer accepted.
Once things got underway we did feel Chinneck were quite full-on in the beginning, pushing us for various information and to get on with other tasks.
Then it went quiet for some time and it became our responsibility to chase them for updates.
As we headed towards completion it a bit of a mess regarding collecting the keys, it was first midday, then we were asked if it could be 3pm, so we suggested 4:30pm to make things easier on the seller, to our disappointment they still weren't out of the property at 5pm and we were asked, albeit politely, to give some patience. We were handed a single key from Chinneck stating the rest of the keys can be found at the property, presumably because they knew the sellers were still busy moving out.
We feel some upfront honesty would have saved a bit of a dampener on what was a very happy day for us buying our new home.
All in all, Chinneck are lovely estate agents, with a friendly and caring team, and we'd be happy to use them again in future.
