I was with chinneck and Shaw for several years after renting a studio flat in Midhurst, West Sussex. The agent, Joe, was always very helpful with any minor concerns I had and the whole process from viewing, living and moving out were seamless.
I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone looking for an easy and friendly service surrounding property rental.

The service I recieved I from Chinneck Shaw was without fault. In particular, the help, knowledge and professional service I received from Joe Rocks. Prior to finding the rental property I have happily moved in to, I was largely unaware of what the process would entail and what I would be required to do. Throughout finding the house which has soon become my home, long before I actually received the keys, Joe took his time and ensured I was up to date all the information required and happily explained in a way I would understand. Joe was friendly, excellent in communicating throughout the process and I always felt as though he was more than happy to help - regardless of how silly I thought the question was. I found moving into the property with my 11 month old daughter stress free and this is without doubt because of the excellent service I received. Thank you

I would definitely recommend using Chinneck Shaw. Their customer service has been outstanding and they're not the typical pushy or arrogant style of estate agents you normally tend to get. You really get the sense that they care and like to look after their customers. They have been extremely patient and supportive in a difficult and frustrating sale organising local quotes and dealing with all parties with very little need for us to chase or get involved.

I registered with Chinneck Shaw a couple of weeks ago as a first time buyer and thought Jamie was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. I was shown round a property in Baffins by Will on Saturday and thought he was one of the best agents we'd had on a viewing, he was friendly, professional, very positive about the property he showed us and was one of the only agents that actually gave us a property brochure at the viewing. I have been distributing marketing products for this company for a number of years and can wholeheartedly say they are the best estate agency around. Easy to work with estate agent with no real hassle, Jamie who looked after us went above and beyond delivering the keys to me on completion when i found it difficult to come down to the office.
Our only downfall is not holding the agreed price made with the estate agent at the beginning, meaning we had to negotiate extra.
