From the very start I felt reassured that my property would be let to the right tenant through Chinneck Shaw.

Chinneck Shaw have a criteria where they only accept certain tenants unlike other agents that I have previously used. Prior to contacting chinneck shaw to find me a tenant I had rejected 3 different potential tenants from 2 different agents for various reasons, including late payment histories and zero hour contracts for the same property that was finally let out by Chinneck Shaw.

I can honestly say that with Chinneck Shaw they understood what kind of tenant I was looking for immediately (one with a good history and affordability) and this is exactly what they found me. They do not work on commission like other agents and I have never once felt lied to or bullied into accepting a tenant like I did with other agents. Not only this, they managed the process from start to finish for me and really helped made the tenant feel at home from their first day of taking up tenancy.

I can’t begin to say how amazing this group of people, Diana, lizzy, Tim and Jamie and anyone else I may have forgotten , have been through the sale of my 90 year old fathers house this is the only house he has lived in and this group of people treated the sale of his house with compassion and dignity I can’t thank you enough I have never been more exhausted but without you guys the ordeal of clearing his house would have been 10 times worse, so from 1 exhausted daughter I thank you.
