I find the opportunity to discuss my portfolio with the senior director a very useful exercise. He is knowledgeable but able to speak in plain English and explain matters clearly so that a non-financial expert like me can understand easily and make a rational decision based on all the facts. I find the company accessible - I can ring them up and get directly through to one of their staff who is well-informed and deals directly with my investments; they have good knowledge of my accounts and are always helpful. If my query requires more complex discussion, I can often be put through to Karl himself or he will ring later in the day. They answer emails quickly and effectively. I feel that there is a high level of personal customer care.

Having attended a Seminar by Hartey Management, I realised that our affairs had not been given the full attention as it should have been by our previous Financial Adviser. We arranged a meeting with Karl who we found to be very professional and prepared a full 'Analysis of our investments' and explained what was required to improve our situation. This was particularly important relating to our 'Vulnerability' regarding INH Tax .I feel that we have made the right decision in moving our affairs to Hartey Management.

I was thoroughly pleased with the work that Mr Hartey and his company Hartey Wealth Management did for me. I have already recommended them to my work colleagues and friends as they have an incredibly professional and personable approach. I referred my ISA over to Tristan as I knew it was not being proactively managed by my current IFA.
So I took the bull by the horns and authorised it to move over to be managed by Hartey Wealth Management.
