Excellent.

My first time attending the Equilibrium Christmas lunch. Fabulous venue. Food was lovely. Enjoyed meeting other Equilibrium team members which we normal have the opportunity to meet.

Excellent. What a great choice Merrydale Manor was. Enjoyed every moment of the afternoon. But can I kindly ask you to pass on a suggestion that somehow or other, the management need to endeavour to introduce some baffle boards/more soft furnishings to absorb the noise of chatter, that's the beauty of "old fashioned carpets".
Also the food was very good, but for my wife and I found the serving of roast potatoes just too generous and we hate leaving good food.
So we look forward to revisiting Merrydale Manor in 2025...very enjoyable.

Haydn Barlow and Deborah Start have advised and assisted in reviewing options. They have always treated us as individuals and understand our personal and family appropriately.

I left a very large IFA firm because I was unimpressed by their service and transparency on performance. I wanted an IFA firm large enough to have good research and technology (log in to see performance) and small enough to offer a good service. Equilibrium was in that sweet spot.

The advice, guidance and management is good. Responses have been slower recently. We are yet to see a positive valuation since our original investment.

Diligent, supportive, I feel David and Kevin Rickard have my best interests at heart.

Always very helpful & go the extra mile. Always available to access answers promptly. Like the fact that it is easy to park.

My wife and I have been customers of Equilibrium since 2019. At all times we have been impressed with the quality and relevance of their advice. The reasons are several -
1. They address our whole financial situation, not only the funds invested with them.
2. They are proactive in advising attractive options for our finances, both short term and long term.
3. They always explain the reasoning behind their advice, both by means of one to one discussions and presentations to invited audiences.
4 Presentations include the risks and opportunities imposed by economics, UK Government and worldwide issues.
5. All the staff are very approachable and willing to discuss any issues we raise with them. ( We probably raise more points than most clients).
6. Websites (Equilibrium and Nucleus) provide a detailed presentation of current investments and also a history.
7. Lots of information on Equilibrium Website, though this is not the easiest to navigate.
8 During our time with Equilibrium, there has been a number of changes to the personnel we directly interact with, but these changes have always been flagged in advance and done with our agreement.
9. They have taken us through the setting up of a Donor Advised Charitable Trust. Due to the legal complexity, this took a considerable time, but they did, so far as possible, keep us informed of progress. We also received advice re detailing the content and wording of the Donor Advice Document.

Proactive insight. My criteria for engagement is that I am in net profit from dealing with Equilibrium. I fully expect this to be achieved.

They had done detailed research on the performance of the different funds and explained fully how Equilibrium aim to reduce risk and improve diversification.

From the outset, I received good communication about the process of becoming a client and what to expect. From the outset I have been made to feel like a valued client. My wife and I have both been delighted by the high level of customer service provided by Tim and Sarah and Becca.
