Priorities
There is absolutely nothing wrong with EQUI apart from the investment performance. One feels that the company obsession with "soft" values totally blurs what should be the main focus--namely retaining and building wealth for its clients.

Progress and confidence
Over ten years Andrew's advice has enabled our tax position to be much improved (including Inheritance Tax). Our children have also ,after some initial reluctance, gained from advice from Andy Baker which has brought some order and stability to their financial affairs. Further, the suggestion by Andrew for us to start a pension fund for each of our grand children has been a big success. All of this has been greatly helped by our Client Manager, Richard Higgs, who has been consistently knowledgeable, reliable and prompt.
For all of us Equilibrium has brought progress and confidence into our financial lives. Well done everyone and thank you.

Honestly nothing. I have lost my job, and that exiting employer made a huge mess of pension payments - only getting them sorted 2 days before putting me on gardening leave (after 12 months of effort on my part).

Equilibrium Financial Planning
Regular updates on the current situation and what Equilibrium are doing to safeguard our investments is of paramount importance in the current economic climate. People need to be reassured about what is happening and why. Regular updates from Mike and Colin are what is necessary and have been what we have had.
