Happy Clients
We have always been impressed with Equilibrium's performance but the thing that stands out for us is the personal touch in these reviews that addresses a client's particular issues/concerns. Their knowledge and track record and sharing of experience gives clients the confidence to follow a particular course of action. We were also impressed with the way Equilibrium dealt with the impact of the pandemic. We continue to enjoy financial stability and confidence as a result of our long association with Equilibrium. I don't think there is a particular action this year that we have done differently as a result of working with Equilibrium but we retired 10 years ago in our early fifties because Equilibrium helped to make us we feel that we were financially secure to do so.

Changes to the fee structure are now making them more complex.
The Client Portal needs to be reviewed, in particular, its file structure, to make it easier to find reports, meetings notes etc.

The main thing currently at the forefront of our thoughts is the disappointing performance of our Portfolio, the FTSE 100 as I write this comment is pretty much at record highs yet our Portfolio is suffering significant losses, of course the standard reply is that our Portfolio isn’t directly related to the FTSE 100, that may well be the case however every time the FTSE suffers a significant loss that is always reflected in our Portfolio but sadly the reverse is not so..the performance of our Portfolio continues to disappoint and is a major concern for us.
