Jason and Diana are aware of my wife's Alzheimer's and the significant cost of keeping her in a care home. They are aware of my income and cash reserves and will be ready when I need to draw down on investments to cover these costs.

Very safe pair of hands
Andy is very personable and always takes the time to explain everything and answer any queries that I have in detail. He is very approachable and I trust him to advice me to suit whatever my circumstances may demand. Despite the horrendous situation of global Covid at the present moment, Equilibrium have succeeded in keeping portfolios healthy. That must be a great achievement!
As an aside, we do enjoy the hospitality days as well!!
I am also impressed that they rank so highly in the employer of the year charts.. very impressive..( any chance of a job..?!!?)

Confidence in Equilibrium results in less worries about my investment.
When the global markets fell in March 2020 I was initially worried that my investment had lost so much that it may never recover. My concerns were greatly eased by the approach that you took and the confidence you expressed in videos and messages that 'everything will get back to normal'. How true that prediction was.

Thorough planning, excellent attitude, do what they say they will do.
Back in 2013 I looked for a new Financial Advisor having had a poor experience with two - talk a lot, bluster even more, didn't listen to what I wanted, delayed taking action having requested prompt action - so I looked at Equilibrium with a slightly jaundiced eye. Since I signed up in late 2013 I've been very pleased with their attitude, their service level and their results. Little more that I can say, other than please keep up the good work.
