Worry free investing
Equilibrium have managed our portfolio for 20 years and we have been pleased the way our finances have been managed. Our adviser (Jason Lowe) and the few client managers we have had have been very efficient always taking agreed actions in a timely way. This has resulted in a steady increase in the portfolio value even though we have continuously taken a regular income from it. There is no need for us to spend much time in managing our portfolio and we do not need to worry about day to day expenses. Also we are aware that if either I or my wife dies or becomes unable to deal with financial issues the bulk of our investments are with Equilibrium rather than being spread over many financial institutions.

Though Jason is my financial advisor I often deal with David West who is considerate and is happy to spend time explain things. Jason is easy to understand at annual reviews.
I have been surprised and delighted that young ladies, I believe receptionists, have taken the trouble to phone and ask after my welfare. These calls are friendly and just like a good chat. Some lonely people will be delighted with the caring side of their financial advisory firm.
