I appreciate the continuous focus on incremental improvements in the breadth and quality of their service offering. Although not of direct relevance to me the move towards formalising advice on inter-generational planning demonstrates a strong long-term client focus, as does their prompting to consider charitable giving.

Professional, competent and friendly. I once had a financial adviser who tried to be friendly first to hide his lack of professional competence. Andy Baker has never done that, he understands that the first two are the most important but put across in a friendly, non-intimidating manner. Just keep up the good work.
